Special note:

Please be informed that there will be intermittent water supply disruptions in various parts of the building due to domestic water pipeline maintenance, starting from December 9th, 2024, to January 9th, 2025.

**13 Major Shutdowns are scheduled on various days from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (10 hours each).
**9 Minor Shutdowns are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (6 hours each).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this necessary maintenance period.

**Other Things to Note:**

- **Check-In/Out:** Check-in starts from 3 pm. Early check-in before 6 am incurs a full-day charge, while after 6 am incurs a half-day charge, subject to availability.
- **Cleaning Fee:** Covers departure cleaning. The apartment is always clean upon arrival.
- **Coffee Capsules:** Limited capsules are provided for the first day. Guests will need to purchase additional capsules.
- **Late Check-Out:** Requests are subject to availability. Uninformed late check-outs will incur fines. Please inform us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance for late check-out requests.
- **Initial Supplies:** An initial supply of toilet paper, towels, and other essentials is provided, but you may need to purchase additional supplies for your stay.
