We’ve set our apartment up to receive guests which means that you will be able to enjoy the entire place for yourself and your guests – with comfort and ensured privacy. You also have full access to all the building and community amenities by following the guideline issued by the building management.

Interaction with guests

You will have a dedicated guest relations executive responsible for assisting you with the viewing and check-in to the property and giving you access, as well as informing you of all details of the building throughout your stay.

Other things to note

**Other Things to Note:**

- **Check-In/Out:** Check-in starts from 3 pm. Early check-in before 6 am incurs a full-day charge, while after 6 am incurs a half-day charge, subject to availability.
- **Cleaning Fee:** Covers departure cleaning. The apartment is always clean upon arrival.
- **Coffee Capsules:** Limited capsules are provided for the first day. Guests will need to purchase additional capsules.
- **Late Check-Out:** Requests are subject to availability. Uninformed late check-outs will incur fines. Please inform us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance for late check-out requests.
- **Initial Supplies:** An initial supply of toilet paper, towels, and other essentials is provided, but you may need to purchase additional supplies for your stay..
-**The guest will be held responsible for any damages to the property identified after check-out that were not present in the pre-check-in videos and photos. Such damages will be charged to the guest.
